10 Shipments of Supplies were Delivered to Florida, in 8 Days

I apologize for the delay in updating our website….we’ve been a little busy!

After the first two shipments were delivered at the Gulf Coast Church of Christ in Fort Myers on Saturday, Oct 1st, on Tuesday Oct 4th a 53’ trailer full of pre-packed boxes of food, personal hygiene boxes, infant care boxes, cleaning supply buckets, along with new clothing, new pillows, sheet sets, blankets, mops, brooms, rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, was unloaded at the Cape Coral Church of Christ in Cape Coral, FL (truck 3)

On Tuesday morning, Oct 4th, truck #4 full of supplies from Nashville was unloaded at the Port Charlotte church building in Port Charlotte, FL.

Wednesday morning, Oct 5th, the 5th truck of supplies was unloaded at the Venice Church of Christ in Venice, FL.

Thursday, Oct 6th (truck 6) the 2nd shipment for Cape Coral church was unloaded at their building.
Also at noon Thursday, a shipment of cleaning supplies was unloaded at the Holly Hill Church of Christ, in Holly Hill, Fl on Florida’s East Coast (truck 7). Then Thursday afternoon a trailer full of supplies was unloaded by the members of the Church of Christ at Veronica Shoemaker Blvd, in Fort Myers. (Truck 8).

On Friday morning Oct 7th, the 3rd trailer full of supplies for the Gulf Coast church in Fort Myers was delivered(Truck 9), and also that morning truck # 10 left Nashville to unload at the Naples Church of Christ in Naples, FL on Saturday morning.

Most of the supplies at Naples were distributed by Sunday afternoon, so they requested a 2nd trailer (which left this morning) and will be unloaded in the morning at their building.

We have 1 other shipment requested later this week, and another shipment pending. As those are sent, we will post it here.

We appreciate your prayers for those in Florida, and for this work. We appreciate your support so that we can replenish the supplies we’ve sent, so we continue to be ready for the next disaster.
