Two Shipments will unload Saturday morning, July 20th

Saturday morning, two 53’ semi-trailers full of boxes of food, personal hygiene, infant care, cleaning supplies, water detergent, bleach, pillows, blankets, and sheet sets will be unloading at two different locations.

Around 9am in Texas, members of 4 different congregations in an area southwest of Houston will be working together to help families in need in their area after Hurricane Beryl. The congregations whose members will be helping are the

Sugar Land, TX, Church of Christ,
Missouri City, TX, Church of Christ
Needville, TX, Church of Christ, and the
Agape Church of Christ in Fresno, TX

The supplies will be unloaded at the Sugar Land church building and the other congregations will take supplies back to their communities to help families.

Then around noon, eastern time, the other shipment of supplies will be unloading at the Rome Church of Christ in Rome, New York. Earlier this week, 4 tornadoes touched down in and around Rome. One tornado was reported as an EF-2, that took one life. At first damage to homes was not being reported, but the Rome church knew and saw that more than local businesses were damaged, so they requested a truckload of supplies to help their community.

Please be praying for those suffering from damages caused by these major disasters, and that the local church might be able to show that their Christian neighbors do care about them and be able to talk to them about our Lord and Savior!
