Friday Night & Saturday Morning Tornadoes in December!
Been a very busy Saturday at our warehouse, especially since the storms came through Nashville early this morning, and we were without power and phones until about noon.
In the aftermath of the devastating tornadoes that ripped from Missouri, across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky last night and this morning, Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Effort has six truckloads of emergency supplies on the way to Kentucky from our Operations Center in Nashville, TN
The first truck unloaded this afternoon about 4pm at the Seven Oaks Church of Christ in Mayfield, KY
As second truck is scheduled to unload tomorrow morning at 9am at the Northside Church of Christ in Mayfield.
A third truck should arrive tomorrow after lunch at the Benton Church of Christ in Benton, KY
A fourth truck will be going to the Mars Hill Church of Christ in Bowling Green, to unload Monday morning.
Truck #5 is scheduled to depart Monday to unload that afternoon at the Church of Christ in Princeton, KY.
Truck #6 should depart Nashville early Tuesday morning to deliver that morning at the Lehman Avenue Church of Christ in Bowling Green.
We have spoken with other locations in Missouri, Arkansas, and Tennessee but do not have any additional truck requests yet, but we know of several that may be pending.
Please keep all of those impacted in your prayers.
