11 Injuries Reported from Early Morning Tornadoes that Struck the Oklahoma City Area.
This morning around 1 am, tornadoes were reported to hit in Oklahoma City, and in New Castle, OK. Significant home damage was done in the OKC suburb or Choctaw, on the east side of Oklahoma City.
This morning Brian Spicer, our Associate Director that covers Oklahoma, was in touch with the Choctaw Church of Christ. They have requested a semi-trailer full of the pre-packed supplies we provide. The trailer is being loaded now, and will leave Nashville about 5:30, to be unloaded in Choctaw tomorrow morning.
We pray for all of those affected in the Oklahoma City area, and for all those at the Choctaw church, that are ready to go to work helping their neighbors in need.
Thank you for your prayers and support of this work.
