Follow-up after Thursday Nights (Mar 14) tornadoes

We were trying to get in touch with areas hit by tornadoes yesterday, Friday, Mar 15. The strongest of the tornadoes that hit Thursday night was the EF-3 that struck Winchester, Indiana. The Winchester Church of Christ building was destroyed by the tornado. We are in contact with their preacher, and working with them to find another building or empty store front that could be used to receive and distribute supplies from. He told us their building was paid for and fully insured, but their church and community are dealing with a lot right now. We pray for the peace only God can provide through times like this. We’ll let you know more here as we get updates.

We know that 6 lives were lost that night due to the storms. Other communities in Indiana were hit, along with Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Ohio, Louisiana, and Texas.
