Tomorrow 2 trailers full of $85,000 worth of organized, pre-packed, ready-to-be-distributed supplies will depart our Nashville warehouse for the fire victims in and around Gatlinburg,TN, where now 11 have lost their lives, and 80 have been hospitalized from these terrible fires, and the Gatlinburg Chunch of Christ building has burned.

The first trailer will be unloaded tomorrow afternoon by the members of the Sevierville church.  Saturday morning the second trailer will be unloaded by members and volunteers at the Great Smoky Mountains Church of Christ in Pigeon Forge.

The Gatlinburg church is talking about what they’re going to do, and are looking for a location where they can meet to worship, while they prepare to rebuild the brick and mortar lost from the fire. The Double Spring Church in Cookeville,TN heard of the need and has offered their old ones and Lord’s Supper table to Gatlinburg.

We stand ready to send 2 more trailers out, and will be packing 1,500 more family food boxes next week.

Pease continue to pray for those that have lost their earthly goods, family members and friends during this devastation.
